In my study, I need to determine the interaction between Fatty acids (extracted from natural product) and bacterial cell wall. I try to check papers utilising SPR method and still confused on the preparation of the ligand. Can anyone help me regarding this matter? x
SPR is really, really not your method of choice here.
Try radiolabeled fatty acids, or something that does not mind both components being incredibly complex aggregates.
But SPR technique can provide information on affinity and kinetic of cell interaction?Furthermore, it also used to determine the biomolecular interaction (which is the main objective).Please advice why you stated it is not a method of choice?
