I did thermometry work for my MS thesis using this paper:

Thermometers and Barometers for Volcanic Systems by Dr. Keith Putirka (2008). It is a review article that discusses many types of thermometers and barometers based on liquid chemistry and mineral-liquid and mineral-mineral chemistry, including some of the minerals you are interested in (olivine, opx and cpx). The paper walks you through how to set up and use the thermometers. Additionally spreadsheets are provided online as a supplement at this link:

(Scroll down to contents of Volume 69, Chapter 3). You can download a spreadsheet for each of the thermometers in the paper using the link above.

I don’t remember what the range of P and T over which you can/should use it is, so you will want to check that. (I worked on volcanic rocks to study their crystallization history before eruption).

I haven’t worked with spinel, but I know that there are lots of papers out there. I don’t remember any of them coming with spreadsheets though. Let me know if you want them anyway and I can look back at them to see if any might help.

The point is how to estimate the depth based on the P-T values? is there any equation to calculate the depth from the P-T estimation, or we can get it from the P-T drawing relationship?
