Sara, page 61 tells us the author was using a Likert scale and how items were chosen and worded. The author also suggests the environment where this measurement tool would be most effective. pg 208 tells you how to determine which questions would be reversed. If you need more information you might reach out to the author or the advisory board for more detail.
