Hi everyone, I am doing a dissertation about predictive HR analytics, and I can get the assessment data about identifying the leadership potential. But I am getting stuck in framing research questions, and have no clear direction for it. Can any expert who can give me some insight or direction about the topic？ Thank you very much.
I guess the tricky part of this project is the representation of leadership. You may come up with a number of indicators for leadership, or manually evaluate the leadership of many instances. Then throw in whatever features directly (or derived) from the data you have collected, and use whatever tool you think appropriate to learn the relationship between the input features and the output
variables. In case of formulating leadership as a number of indicators, you may want to formulate the problem as a multi-response regression problem, for example.
