i found research that added dopants of Aluminum Nitrate (Al(NO3)3.9H2O) with different concentrations (1% (3.75g), 2% (7.5g) and 3% (11.25g)) to the solution of ZnO 50mM of 200ml.
is this true for ZnO 50mM of 8ml or 50ml or 25ml? or the percentages of dopants should be changed? and how calculating?
It seem to me that different amount of Al nitrate, whose grams vary and are declared, were added to the solution of 50mM of ZnO in 200 ml of water (that is maintained the same)

From your explanation I understand that a solution of 50mM of ZnO was prepared in 200 ml of water. Then 3 solutions were prepared
1) 50mM in 200 ml of ZnO + 3.75g of Al nitrate
2) 50mM in 200 ml of ZnO + 7.5g of Al nitrate
3) 50mM in 200 ml of ZnO + 11.25g of Al nitrate
obtaining the percentage of doping of 1, 2 and 3% of Al.

yes exactly .. but my question is, can change the quantity of 200ml such as 20ml or 50ml instead with same concentrations percentages for Al nitrate????
as

2) 50mM in 25 ml or 50ml of ZnO + 7.5g of Al nitrate
3) 50mM in25 ml or 50ml of ZnO + 11.25g of Al nitrate

If you reduce all the amounts maintaining the same ratio of all the reagents, yes. In general, a synthesis could be reproduced for obtaining low amount of a product but it is suggested to reduce all the amounts maintaining the original proportion between them
