I'ld like to know what all the difference between a Folded and Un Folded protein ?

Few points from my side are :

Folded Proteins are : Biologically Active, 3D Structure, Hydrophobic residues buried inside, Consists of covalent and Non covalent interactions, low entropy.

Whereas Un Folded proteins are : Biologically Inactive, Linear Structure, Hydrophobic residues exposed on the Surface, Consists of only covalent interactions, High Entropy.

Is there any other difference !
