Hi everyone! I am having some troubles when developing my western blot membranes using the film system: the first revelation is good but five minutes after the bands disappear in a second revelation. I have already checked the functionality and non-contamination of the ECL reagent, the developer solutions (developer and fixer) are ok, the films are new ... Any suggestion?
