DHEA and DHEA-s in mass spec using thermo fisher quantiva?

Is any body having issues with seeing peaks for DHEA and DHEA-s in Quantiva ? we are having issues with peak sensitivity.cannot see high peaks when the flow is on?

we are preparing a steroid panel to be run on LCMS/MS.
