I am looking for a device or software program that measures depth and length of micro scratches. An example would be to have it scan something like a card or small piece of something and then detect scratches on it.

Dear Patrick,
our company uses different devices for scanning purposes, like video cameras, line or field scanners. Besides that, we develop our own algorithms or use existing ones to do fault detection and perform measurements of various kinds. But to figure out, if we could be of any help, we need to know more about your problem. Have you any samples available?
