I think you must be referring to the microstructures of various materials at various temperatures, in my opinion. Materials' microstructures are influenced by a number of variables, such as composition, processing, and temperature.

Materials are typically in a molten or liquid form when exposed to high temperatures. The substance solidifies as the temperature drops, creating a microstructure that is influenced by the pace of cooling. The material will form a fine-grained microstructure if the cooling rate is rapid. The material will develop a coarse-grained microstructure if the cooling rate is slow.

The material may go through phase changes as the temperature drops, producing various microstructures. For instance, as a material cools, steel goes through phase transitions. Steel has an austenitic phase at high temperatures and a face-centered cubic (FCC) crystal structure.

To determine the microstructure of the 25 wt% Pb-75 wt% Mg alloy at each temperature, you can follow these steps:

1. Identify the temperature of interest on the phase diagram.

2. Determine the composition of the alloy at that temperature.

3. Determine the region(s) of the phase diagram that correspond to that composition and temperature.

4. Identify the stable phases in each region using the phase diagram.

5. Determine the microstructure based on the stable phases and the cooling rate used during the solidification process.

For example, let's say you are interested in the microstructure of the 25 wt% Pb-75 wt% Mg alloy at a temperature of 400°C. According to the phase diagram, at this temperature and composition, the alloy is in a two-phase region consisting of the α-Mg and Mg2Pb phases.

If the alloy is cooled slowly from this temperature, it will solidify into a microstructure consisting of a mixture of α-Mg and Mg2Pb phases. However, if the alloy is cooled rapidly, it will solidify into a microstructure consisting of only one phase, which will be α-Mg phase.

Therefore, the microstructure of the alloy at 400°C and 25 wt% Pb depends on the cooling rate used during the solidification process. If the cooling rate is slow, the alloy will have a two-phase microstructure consisting of α-Mg and Mg2Pb. On the other hand, if the cooling rate is fast, the alloy will have a single-phase microstructure consisting of only α-Mg phase.

I don't think there is a problem in determining the microstructure of the equilibrium diagrams because they simply speak for themselves. By looking at the equilibrium diagrams for magnesium and lead, we notice the phases formed with the decrease in temperature, starting from melting and ending with solidification. For this alloy, an intermetallic phase Mg2Pb will form at a composition of exactly 81 wt% Pb. There is one eutectic transformation that will occur at 466 degrees C for any alloy with a composition between 41 and 81 wt% Pb. The eutectic composition (L - Mg2Pb) is 66 w1% Pb. There is a second eutectic transformation that will occur at approximately 250 degrees C for any alloy with a composition between 81 and 99 wt% Pb. The eutectic composition is 96 wt% Pb.
