I'm studying a new rapid test to determine the percentagem of polar compounds of frying oils, that helps users of frying oils to assess when to discard the oil.
To the study of the rapid test I need samples of oils that have from 1 to 30% of polar compounds, and thats very difficult to collect because it is large interval of percentages.
I wondering if there is something that can be added to the a virgin oil that increases the percentage of polar compounds in a constant manner.
