In general, could anyone recommend me some book or webpage about CPW design? More specifically, I am trying to improve a coplanar waveguide for measuring magnetic samples placed on top, up to 20 GHz with a VNA. Does anyone know which could be the most adequate design of the CPW?

Or at least the basic equations o equivalent circuits for designing? How does the CPW changes its frequency response when a magnetic sample is placed on top?
