Design Equation of CSRR for given frequency and permittivty

Hello!!

I am trying to design square CSRR (complementary SRR)structure in SIW for Ku band. i know design frequency and dielectric permittivity etc. so how can i find length, width, thickness and gap for designing CSRR?
