Where can I find validated protocols of teaching mathematics to healthy elderly and to elderly with moderate dementia as an independent variable in a longitudinal research study testing the synergy of cognitive training and physical exercise in preventing dementia or slowing the onset of dementia?

The three big factor for the delaying of dementia are: Studying up to 22 year old and continuing learning all your life, practicing a musical instrument, learning a second language. I guess maintaining a healthy life style is also essential. Having a pet and taking care of it is known to prolong life. Even taking care of plants prolong life.
I think that boring them with math will kill them.

As dementia is progressive, only promotion could be applied. Whereby, physical exercise and giving company for engaging active common interest coversation or communication could be beneficial for elders and early dementia aged patients.
