A deliverable is a measurable and tangible outcome of the project.
Indicators are input, output, outcome and impact. An indicator is something that points to, measures or otherwise provides a summary overview of a specific concept. A set of indicators that are combined is referred to as an index.
Project performance targets should reflect the contribution to the achievement of road map targets, be measurable, objective and justified. Determine the indicators and values of indicators that will objectively and unambiguously determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the project, the achievement of its goals. The name of the indicator should be concise and clear, reflecting the main essence of the observed phenomenon. Project indicators should not be the characteristics of the project product (for example, engine power or sample speed).
First, select the target indicators of the project that affect the targets of the road map, then all of the other indicators. The project must have one or more indicators that are directly related to the roadmap targets. For these indicators, also specify the percentage of the project's contribution to the roadmap indicator. Special attention should be paid to the following indicators: increased exports, increased labor productivity.
The base value of the target indicators indicates the value of the indicator at the time before the start of the project. For example, if one of the targets is the number of jobs in a given industry, the base value will be the number of jobs before the project is implemented. The planned value of the indicator in subsequent periods will be the number of jobs created during the project implementation (at the end of the year). The planned value of the target indicator should only take into account the direct impact of the project's activities, and not the overall growth of the indicator by industry/market. It is recommended to specify the target values as a cumulative total (including the base value), except in cases when the unit of measurement of the indicator assumes a time period restriction (for example, units of production per year).
If you enter an indicator for a category, the category must also contain characteristics. For example, if the number of universities is from the "top 50". If a company, for example, with a turnover of at least 10 billion rubles a year. However, the selected category must be explicitly reflected in the target language.
If the project provides for the implementation of research and development work, the project should contain indicators that characterize the effects of using the results of such work.
