Hi, I am working on Nodemcu esp 8266 in deep sleep mode its doesn't work properly and it takes 30mA power supply i shorted gpio16 and RST pin it enter into deep sleep and when wake up its hanging (restart it again and again ) can any one suggest how it works and send me any links.
ESP8266 go to Deep Sleep mode through firmware settings. You need write according program on Lua for use Deep Sleep mode in NodeMCU.

Not sure if you solved that problem. Check GPIO 0, it should be in pull-up HIGH for a normal boot. A common mistake is keeping GIPO 0 LOW pull-down LOW after flashing with a new sketch.
