Rai Waqas Azfar Khan's submission was very extensive but let me add 'Grammarly' to it. Thou not a spinning website but it is an essential add-on that can be installed in MS Word and browsers which correct your grammars as you write.

I think reading so much about your topic can easily solve this problem, You will gain the ability to do it yourself. Besides, most of the rephrasing sites and tools work by offering some synonyms meanings, which in many cases are not suitable and reads as suspected similarity (plagiarism) by many programs.
Additionally, one free excellent solution is asking experienced peers from your institution or elsewhere (e.g. RG preprint) to provide their feedback about the work an offering of any possible rephrasing, grammatical, and syntax corrections. Do not be shy, most of them welcome this.
