As far as I understand you would like to estimate biological dose equivalent rates. Flux-to-dose rate conversion factors are used usually. One defines flux spectrum and for each energy a log-log approximation is fulfilled to obtain dose rates in, for example, (rem/hr)/(n/cm2s). These conversion factors are the same for different enviroments, but varios of them are known. For example, some of them are published in third volume of MCNP guide. Some of them one can find in reference of my paper which are located in my profile.
