I am doing my dissertation on benchmarking a group of Asian ports. I will be carrying out both BCC and CCR and would like to know how to rank the ports. Both BCC and CCR by DEA-solver gives ranking list but the ranking lists are not matched and how do i sort out the ranks? by scale efficiency? if that is so, could you please guidlines on why i should do that?

It is obvious that the ranking lists will not be same in BCC and CCR model, better you consider BCC results for your study because it will give variable returns which is feasible for long run production process.
To rank the ports you can use super efficiency BCC model.

you should look up on existing related research and start with their models as benchmark
You must use the BCC model because it allows the returns at a variable scale but with the possibility of including constant returns, for which the CCR is included
