For my research I need sky diffuse radiance and luminance values, measured with a sky scanner. I developed a program for analysis of such values, but still do not have enough data to be able to check and validate my results.
Can you help me to find a database with such values?

There was an Eko sky scanner that collected data during a few years at NREL, http://www.nrel.gov/midc/srrl_bms/
