i have a dataset around 10,000 observations, all the variables are either categorical or binary. The only dependent variable is binary, most of the independent variables are also binary, only 1-2 independent variables are categorical. I plan to do a classification task for the dataset, but i want to visualize the relationships among variables first. plot one-by-one does not work, because i have over twenty variables. It would be ideal if i can visualize all variables in one graph. Any suggestions for data visualization in this case? I do python, R, MatLab, so suggestions based any of three languages is ok for me.
You could perform a Multiple Linear regression using R or Python.
Multiple linear regression (MLR) is an extension of simple linear regression used to predict an outcome variable (y) on the basis of multiple distinct predictor variables (x).
With three predictor variables (x), the prediction of y is expressed by the following equation:
y = b0 + b1*x1 + b2*x2 + b3*x3
The “b” values are called the regression weights (or beta coefficients). They measure the association between the predictor variable and the outcome. “b_j” can be interpreted as the average effect on y of a one unit increase in “x_j”, holding all other predictors fixed.
More practical applications of regression analysis employ models that are more complex than the simple straight-line model. The multiple regression models include more than one independent variable.
Example of such MLR analysis could involve more than twenty variables, such as shown belowe, whe there are 32 observations against 6 variables

You could perform One-hot encoding to convert categorical data. Further use scatterplot( https://python-graph-gallery.com/scatter-plot) visualize the relationships among variables.
