for this purposes, we use database AMADEUS. There are data of more than 36 million accounting outcomes of European companies divided according to NACE, region, size and many others criteria. Unfortunatelly, it is not a free database and it is very expensive. If you are interested, I can send you downoloaded data. But first of all I have to ask the database owner if it is possible. For Bosnian case Bosnian Central bank every month publish report about blocked transaction account for corporation. If account is blocked more than 60 days this according to bankruptcy law in Bosnia is indicator for bankruptcy. You can try similar approach for European countries, try to find European Central Bank report. Also there are some information at World Bank web: http://www.worldbank.org/en/topic/financialsector/brief/insolvency-and-debt-resolution.

Maybe in EMIS database?

You may consult Wall Street Bankruptcy Database. They have special offer for an annual subscription but they have data on US, European, Chinese, South American companies. They include following data: Active Bonds Daily Pricing, Chapter 11 Filings, DIP Loans, Distressed Company Screener, Firm Retention Summary, High Yield Bond Ratings, Lawyers' Rates, Leveraged Loans, S & P Weakest Links, Weekly Bond Prices. They charge approx 500-600 USD for annual subscription. Hope it helps.
