If your name is missing on an RG object, open its page, click "More -> Claim Authorship". Sometimes the RG algorithm doesn't work properly for some reason.

As long as your name appears on the printed or electronic paper, that should be fine and you can use the method described above. If It (your name) does not appear, you would need to discuss this matter with the corresponding author (which I hate when these issues arise!)
