Dear Azizxon Ahmedov , Congratulations on the interesting topic of discussion! Indeed, the debate about the application of innovative tools in public management is gaining momentum again. My view is that in the coming years these methods and techniques will expand their meaning and role. I advise you to continue your efforts in this topic! Stay healthy!
It is generally accepted that crowdsourcing can increase efficiency in both the private and public sectors.
The application problem in public administration is not easy to address, at least for the public administrations of Continental Europe or the countries colonized by it. In continental Europe, public administration has a strong legal dimension where the rule of law and access to individual information is highly protected. The crowdsourcing seems to me that it is indeed efficient but does not adequately protect the transaction secrecy between administration and citizen. The problem lies in compliance.
