Dear research community,
To simulate an SEIQRD model, I have created the dynamics using Matlab code.
Has anyone found a country-wise datasets that include:
- infected cases (to find the coefficient of I compartment)
- quarantined cases (to find the coefficient of Q compartment)
- recovered cases (to find the coefficient of R compartment)
- deceased cases (to find the coefficient of D compartment)
- social contact cases (to find the coefficient of E compartment).
I found only confirmed infected and death cases which insufficient for model building.
Also, what will be the easiest approach to identify above parameters if they are time-dependent.
