There's a saying that people usually fear what they don't know, it is more like a human instinct of avoiding to trust the unknown until it is proven otherwise.

Since we all are facing threat on life so at present we have no other alternative but to depend on it. Yes with the pasage of time we might over come Covid virus as We could win over AIDS,SARS ,PLAGUE an even Polio and also be prepared for other deadly viruses

The duration of immunity against COVID-19 following vaccination is still unknown.

Although the vaccines used have been evaluated for the duration of immunity for only about two months, I believe that immunity will last much longer.
COVID-19 immunity lasts at least for 8 months, which raises hope for longevity of vaccinations.
