What is the plight of some wild animals [even some domesticated ones] given legal protection for many animal species of most countries are either non-existent/omitted/inadequate more so under "Wildlife Acts"?
What are the likely implications to animals protection rights and animals diversity/biodiversity conservation?
I believe that due to the growing negative externalities in the development of civilization, the importance of improving instruments and systems for nature protection, natural ecosystems and biodiversity is growing. Currently, in connection with the development of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic causing Covid-19 disease, the question arises about the impact of the current pandemic on the issue of people's awareness of the importance of natural biodiversity for maintaining environmental balance and the role of man in the context of these issues. Biodiversity in nature is important because it is most responsible for the ability of entire natural ecosystems to adapt to changing geological, climatic and environmental conditions. Biodiversity of natural ecosystems has been created for millions of years in nature and now it is up to humans to decide what will happen in the future with biodiversity. The mission of man in the 21st century should be to protect nature and biodiversity of natural ecosystems. Climatic disasters and other global crises that occur more frequently, including the current SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus pandemic, draws human attention to the need to improve systems for nature protection, biodiversity of natural ecosystems, including various species of living organisms, flora, fauna and others.

Your views a true reflection on role of humanity and nature conservation. However, on the contrary, due stigmatization associated with COVID-19 patients,, today's news on Citizen TV, Kenya was shocking. Imagine a woman who happened to catch the virus through her contacts had her snails killed, yet she used to rare them as a source of income,,,,I wonder whether humanity will consider reversing the aversion towards wild fauna,,,scientifically snails (Molsics..spelling..) play a vital role in soil aeration,,no wonder the women also cultivated kale...sukuma wiki..in Kenya....so conservation proponents have a challange here.
