I am looking for temperature dependent thermal conductivity of animal tissues /water data above 100 degrees (centigrade) can anyone suggest me a good resource for that?
You didn't specify the tissue, neither its animal source. There are, however, some food science/engineering handbooks that you may want to check for possibly useful thermal data, e.g.: George D.
