Hi Vallivel, the percentage or composition of cell depends on several factors. Most important on your active materials both cathode and anode, for instance, in case of NMC(LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3) cathode ratio of active material: carbon black: binder:PVDF = 96%: 2%: 2% this can be cycled against anode combination of graphite:carbon black: carboxymethyl cellulose-styrene-butadiene rubber = 96%: 2%: 2%.
SRB is good option as it is believed to be environmental friendly and low cost, compared to PVDF. As I mentioned, the combination I wrote is just one of the option. You can find several combination of binder-solvent for battery application in literature. Also you can work out the ratio of active material: binder: solvent (I gave example of 96:2:2) to get better performance, good consistent and reliable film coatings/electrodes.
