I have an 80nm thin MoS2 film on sapphire and have acquired the following graph. I am unable to fit this data using the available semiconductor models, such as thermal activation, ES-VRH, Mott 3D VRH, and VRH 2D models. Could you please suggest which model might explain the transport measurements for this film?
