I need some information on how to organization handle their productivity without turnover and irregular wages. Is there any chance to motive employees without regular salary?
Dear Parves, I understand you are looking for firm-level (business) evidence. From a conceptual perspective, I would suggest you take a look at the work of ILO on the “high road” approach to productivity, promoting productivity growth through better working conditions and the full respect for labor rights. This approach goes beyond the "employee benefits" discussion (a relevant one undoubtedly) and looks for a wider integrated approach of "responsible labor" conditions. I hope it is useful. Best.
Fringe benefits and other perks work as incentive toward more productivity. You may have two groups of employees: one who enjoy extra perks and one who does not by adding a zero-one dummy in your model. In order analyze both groups together add one dummy: enjoy fringe benefits 1 otherwise zero. In this way, you may separate the effects of fringe benefits vs no benefits.
