I am preparing amides derivatives from coupling of amino acids and primary amines. For purification of products, I am struggling to find suitable solvent system. I tried with gradient mixture of acetonitrile & water and methanol & water. None of them worked.

Unfortunately this paper has not yet been posted as public full text on RG. However, three of the authors have RG profiles. Thus you can easily request the full text directly from one of them via RG. Just check the Abstract if the article is of interest to you. It contains a detailed section entitled "Purification of PPAs Using Preparative Reverse-phase High-performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Purification".
