I am working on a research about fostering the problem-solving skills in chemistry education. I need to learn more about how to design an instrument to measure the problem-solving skills before and after using the developed tool. Could you please give some suggestion of literature (book, article of journal or proceeding)  about how to develop an instrument to measure problem-solving skills?
