We are working on in vivo anticancer activity of natural products and want to induce hepatocellular cancer using diethyl nitrosamine (DEN).

In the literature, some authors used 20 mg/kg/day for 2 weeks while others 10 mg/kg/day during a month or 5 mg/kg once a week during 28 weeks.

Please what would you tell me which one is good to obtain the best results.
