My "question" stems from work at Barron Associates, Inc. in 1990's et seq. by A. Barron and D. Ward re polynomial neural nets having internal feedback loops that let them model dynamic (including oscillatory) processes. These feedbacks sometimes involved learned time delays. Your work is promising.
A. Barron is now Prof. of Statistics and Data Science at Yale.
