The fish canning industry has been developed throughout history in different regions and areas. In particular, I am interested in the different activities that make up this production - for example, the atum cutting activity (ronqueo), the tuna heading in the "wood", the cleaning process usually carried out by groups of women workers, the salting process, the cleaning and cooking process or even the canning process itself.
