Could someone suggest me, Where can get resistive/ohmic sheets and suppliers???

I need ohmic/resistive sheets to fabricate an array of elements on a dielectric substrate. could anybody suggest the fabricators, suppliers to do this type of structures?

My rosetta strain has chloramp resistance and i am transforming my plasmid with amp resistance but not getting colonies on chloramp/amp LB plates?
