I was found it on stems of Sedum sp and in Pachyphytum (Crassulaceae), here in the NW of Michoacan state, Mexico. They produces several damage on plants.

I agree with Francesco Vitali, your specimen belongs to the genus Lagocheirus (Acanthocinini) but to me is more close to Lagocheirus xileuco Toledo, 1998 from Jalisco, Mexico.
