I don´t think that is posible. The E and B fields move with light; they "constitute" light; therefore, their speed of propagation is c.
i essentially agree with Raul: there is no ``light'' apart from the electric and magnetic felds. Indeed, when we detect ``light'' we detect these fields' effects. So the propagation of fields obeys the same laws as that of light.
Don't we measure like this the illusion of aberration as speed of light ?
If yes, shouldn't the speed of light be faster than c by pythagoras ?
If no, how is light connected with fields that have aberration ?
Else, shouldn't we postule that light has traveled the way of illusion (then it has no aberration) and the source (field) has moved relative to the observer ?
If one observer A, call him the observer at rest, observes a light beam arriving at an angle theta, then an observer B moving at a given velocity with respect to A, will see the light beam as coming at an angle theta^\prime, given by the usual aberration formula. The speed of light is in both cases observed to be c. There is neither illusion, nor does Pythagoras imply a change of speed: remember that the Lorentz transform implies changes in lengths and time measurements.
