Recently in a project, using microscopy and XRD studies, we identified the presence of actinolite (from ferromagnesians) and clinochlore (from biotites) in igneous rocks of Coasthal Batholith (Patap Super-Unity, Lima; Cretaceus). Could be related a some evidences of Regional Metamorphism?
I would like to recive some advices or maybe some publications about that.

I don't know any literature focused on that region, but as for a technique to distinguish post-igneous metamorphic events, the zircon U-Pb geochronology depth-profiling technique of the lab of Dr. Daniel Stockli at The University of Texas at Austin can distinguish the age of very thin metamorphic rims from the age of igneous cores. Metamorphic rims as thin as a few microns can be dated with this technique.
Whilst often associated with regional metamorphic events, actinolite is not unknown from hydrothermal ore deposits and skarns. Clinochlore is the Mg-rich member of the chlorite family and is a common hydrothermal alteration product of ferromagnesian minerals. Given that you are dealing with a large igneous complex where lots of hot fluids would have been circulating, I would hesitate to jump too quickly into assuming these minerals are evidence of regional metamorphism, but first investigate the possibility that they are simply the products of secondary hydrothermal alteration.
