I need a biochemical testing protocol for determining dimethyl fumerate/monomethyl fumerate level in pregnant women.

Saeed, there is minimal -read no - exposure in humans to DMF. MMF can be detected by Mass spec. I don't know any other, easier ways of doing so unfortunately. Hope it helps somewhat.
