Could anyone please translate short Chinese description of plant distribution?

I need a translation or transliteration from Chinese to English of a short description of the distribution of a plant (last two lines in the attached image). The text is taken from Ku et Lu 1993, Vascular plants of the Hengduan Mountains. Presumably, it contains some names of Chinese places or provinces as well as names of botanists who collected specimens. I would be very glad about any help.
