I have successfully used 10 mg/l for P. palmivora in a cocktail with other antibiotics and fungicides (10 mg/l pimaricin, 10 mg/l benomyl, 25 mg/l PCNB, 25 mg/l Nystatin and 500 mg/l Ampicillin), but maybe 15 mg/l will work better, especially if accompanied by 10 mg/l pimaricin.
