Dear Azizul Haque This is what the publisher says about it themselves (don't bother the strange looking link, the publishing agreement text starts on page 2) Preprint Fixed Point Theorems in Complex Valued Extended b-Metric Spaces

So I guess it is possible, but I am afraid that even it would work they will charge you a hefty 'fine' (especially if they sense some desperation from your side).

Personally I would take it as an important lesson and move on to the next project.
