We're testing the hypothesis that:

• "foresight methods are generally not often used in NGOs" or even more precisely
• "foresight methods are rarely used in citizen-engagement projects that NGOs are implementing".

The territory, where the projects that we have in mind are being implemented are usually urban areas (cities / municipalities).

The type of projects that we have in mind are for example: "discussing new urban development plan for the city X with active involvement of citizens or other stakeholders in this process".

The kind of analysis we are thinking of could be focused on the EU as a whole, a specific country in the EU or in Central, Eastern Europe (ideally, Poland :)).
