Silicates are used as anticaking agents but could there be a possibility that they can have an effect on Fats, Vitamins , Proteins or Milk Solids ?
Since silicate is neutral so I do not believe any problem of interference with proximate composition except for the ash content.
If you happen to have a silicate form with a large (internal) surface and absorbing capacity, you might see some effects.
It depepnds on the silicate. The best to my knowledge are Mg and Ca silicates
