Could anybody tell me what correlation there is between the growth rates of environmental and clinical bacteria ( one strain)?
If I found rate is the same or different, what is your conclusion? I know this rate is affected in a host, for example this rate for clinical isolates in vivo is depend on acute or sever, nutrition, immune system and so on, but I want to understand the correlation between the environmental and clinical rates I get invitro.
