Thank you Delnaz Joshi for your question. I think if you are alumni of Western Universities, you may ask what membership should be paid for the use of libraries online. I do not believe that such services are available to non-alumni and offered by all universities.

Samy Azer My alma mater declined due to licensing issues, Catherine E Kerrigan Unfortunately, they do not appear to allow corporate memberships outside the KC and nearby areas but I have written to them for what its worth (I will need digital access to articles and papers since I work from India) G.
