First try prefeorming the reaction in Acetone or DMF (with no base in both cases).
Also try prefroming the reaction in methanol under nitorgen atmosphere, maybe the complexes do from but they are sensetive to water or oxygen.
Reactions of methyltrioxorhenium have been frequently reported in the literature. Attached is a more recent reference. In this work the reactions were carried out in diethyl ether (ca. 30 min) and the products were precipitated by concentration of the reaction mixtures under vacuum. I hope this helps.

Shabaaz Abdullah you could try to recrystallize your compounds e.g. from diethyl ether / pentane or dichloromethane / pentane.
