The value (moisture in %) is usually obtained when using digitally controlled thermogravi etrically analysis (i.e. infrared dryer).
firstly you should determine the content of disodium salt in DM, and then put completely smashed DM of certain weight in purified water of certain volume, and shake sufficiently.
